My name is Shahd, I currently live in Melbourne, Australia and work as Behaviour support practitioner. I have worked within the disability and health space for a number of years as a complex case manager, program coordinator and behaviour practitioner under the National Disability Insurance Scheme running within Australia while completing my Bachelor's degree. I have throughly enjoyed working within the children and adolescent space working along side, school staff, carers and parents to provide best outcomes for students. I have also provided supervision for junior practitioners working as behaviour practitioners. I am also currently completing a Masters of Social work which I am looking at completing end of year. I enjoy continuous learning and improvement, and have attained several short course degrees. I enjoy complex tasks and hight engagement tasks that require problem solving, and I feel that every role provides an opportunity to learn.
