I founded GRC in 2018 with a clear vision: to build a recruitment company that understands the changing needs of both organizations and professionals in an increasingly global and competitive world.
Over the years, GRC has evolved beyond traditional recruitment. Today, our work sits at the intersection of international education, talent acquisition, and global career mobility, with a particular focus on international schools and educational institutions.
In 2021, we expanded our services to support the wider education sector, working with schools, educational organizations, and professionals to provide broader talent and education solutions.
