Ever since I started teaching at the elementary school level, I have been passionate about my commitment to three things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring students’ interest in technology, and instilling a sense of self-worth among all students. I have dedicated my career to each of these pursuits, as my enclosed resume will attest. My qualifications include 5 years of elementary and ESL teaching experience, MEd and BS degrees in elementary education in Serbia, and ESL teacher in China. Now I am a current replacement teacher in an elementary school with a  license from the Republic of Serbia. For more than 5 years, I provided effective classroom management, creative lesson plans, detailed student evaluations, and highly praised instructional delivery. My educational background allows me to engage with my students better, and help them to master the material they are learning faster and easier.
