I am a primary school and special educational needs qualified and experienced teacher who has high school, primary school and special needs experience. I am in my 19th year of teaching and currently teaching special needs education at a private International School in Kuwait. I am also  well-educated having completed my Masters Degree in Special Needs Education, also majoring in English and have an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies. I also have a certificate in Early Childhood Development. I enjoy reading thrillers, travelling, writing stories and baking in my spare time. I am also the author of two children's books.

I am a special educational needs qualified and experienced teacher who has high school, primary school and special needs experience. This has allowed me to be able to teach and adapt to students of any age group as well as to various situations.

I have completed my Masters Degree in Special Needs Education, also majoring in English and have an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies. I also have a certificate in Early Childhood Development.

I am a patient, passionate and caring educator who understands the individual needs of students and strives to bring out the best in each student. I have worked with students from various backgrounds as well as different learning abilities. I have engaged with the various stake holders in the teaching and learning process from parents, colleagues as well as communities.

I am a native language English speaker and I have taught English at both high school and primary school level.  I have taught in schools that have placed great emphasis on Literacy and Numeracy so I fully understand the importance of these areas. I am currently teaching special needs education at a private International School in Kuwait that follows an American curriculum.

I have played an active role in all extra-curricular activities at my previous schools and at my current school.  I have experience of fundraising, coordinating various activities both in and out of the classroom for the students suitable to their needs I have served on various committees such as Community Service, Fund Raising, Arbor Day, Religious Celebrations, Sports and Awards have developed my skills as an educator.

I am helpful, friendly and accommodating to my fellow colleagues and people in the community as I am fully aware that a child’s education is driven and supported by many stake holders.
