GRC is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurseries American Curriculum Coordinator to join a well-established group of nurseries in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience in developing and implementing the American curriculum for nurseries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement the American curriculum across multiple nursery locations
- Develop and update curriculum guidelines, lesson plans, and teaching strategies
- Provide training and support to nursery teachers to ensure curriculum alignment
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum and teaching methods
- Collaborate with school leadership to maintain high educational standards
- Stay updated with best practices in early childhood education and curriculum development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Proven experience in curriculum coordination within an American curriculum nursery
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a nurturing and high-quality learning environment
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait
