GRC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Foundation to lead the early years foundation stage (EYFS) at a reputable institution in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in early childhood education, curriculum development, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement a high-quality early years curriculum
- Lead, mentor, and support foundation stage teachers
- Ensure a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young learners
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and teaching effectiveness
- Collaborate with school leadership to align with educational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Leadership experience in early years education (EYFS or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum development and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait
