- Manages the inclusion process of Sanad Village’s students when referring to mainstream schools.
- Implements an inclusive ethos on a whole Sanad Village campus with the support of other program directors.
- Manages the professional development of staff in pedagogical best practice, in conjunction with the SLT (Sanad Village Leadership Team).
- Supports the fulfillment of Sanad Village development plan and take responsibility of tasks allocated in that plan.
- Develop, amend, or replace policies and procedures for Workshops and Inclusion department.
- Develop and plans strategies to manage the department growth and
sustainability.
- Review the department’s services and modifies them as necessary to meet the students’ needs.
- Conduct interview and approves new staff hiring, and ensures the department is equipped with qualified personnel.
