Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a secondary school
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational policies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait
